How does billing work?
You choose your start date when you join. After that, your card is charged on the same schedule as your plan: monthly for the facial plans and the Virtual Check-in, and every 2 weeks for The Chemical Peel Subscription, until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account on my booking site.
What if I miss an appointment?
Clients with a Subscription will not be charged any additional fees for same-day cancellations or no-show appointments. All services must be scheduled by the client within one year of the missed appointment; otherwise, the monthly payment will be retained as a deposit for the missed appointment.
How many chemical peels should I plan for?
Scheduling The Chemical Peel every other week for a total of 4 treatments will yield the best results. If treatments are not scheduled every other week, results may vary.
Do I need to live near the studio?
The facial and chemical peel plans are for visits to my studio at Sola Salons in Carson. The Virtual Check-in works from anywhere.
