Common questions
How often should I get a facial?
It's generally recommended to get a facial once a month, as that is the time it takes for your skin to regenerate. However, your esthetician can advise on the best schedule based on your specific skin type and concerns.
How often should I get a chemical peel?
Chemical peels can be tolerated by the skin every two weeks for clients seeking correction for a specific condition. Chemical peels may also be used to manage ongoing skin conditions once per month. As your esthetician, I will discuss your options, the best course of action, and which type of chemical peel is best for your specific skin type and condition.
How should I take care of my skin after a chemical peel?
After a chemical peel, it is essential to avoid any heat-inducing activities for at least 24 hours. This includes a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and cardio exercise. Please refrain from starting any new skin care products without discussing the ingredients with me, to ensure minimal skin irritation during the chemical peel series.
